They say the journey of a thousand miles begin with the first step

Tomorrow, my brother Tim, is leaving his well paid job as a "geeky" software programmer to go into an internet business full time with ME.

Strange sometimes how things work out.

My younger brother and I, have lived in separate states in Australia, 732 kms apart, for the last 25 odd years. I don't know why we lived so far away from each other as we always get on so well together and both have the same weird sense of humor.

I've been selling info products online since September 2004 after going to my first internet conference in August 2004.

I was lucky enough to be taught at that confernence by 2 of the best internet marketers in the world, Ed Dale & Frank Kern and then later by John Reese.

Tim has been quietly programming away for most of those 25 years and I have been nagging him to get an online business for the last 2 or 3 years or so.

He's been studying SEO for a couple of years now (being a geek he loves SEO) and has helped quite a few people get some great organic results.

But he was never that interested to start up an internet business of his own before even though he could see I was doing OK at it.

Then suddenly out of the blue, he tells me;

"Anthony, I've resigned from my programming job and am ready to get into an online business. What do I have to do"?

That was 2 weeks ago and he finishes up work tomorrow!

What have I done?

I did keep telling him over the last 18 months how I would help him and how with his programming and SEO skills and my online marketing experience we would make a great team.

Now it's time I have to prove it as he has put his faith in me and himself. I know we can do it.

A gutsy move by him I reckon to leave his secure job to some uncertainty.

Will keep you posted but basically we have till about the middle of June to make a success of our business together or Tim will be looking for a day job again.
